This service is deliberately manual. Here is exactly what happens after you pay.
1. Your order reaches our queue
Once your payment is confirmed by the payment provider, your registration enters our fulfilment queue with a deadline attached. You receive an email confirming the order and the delivery window.
2. A person researches the vehicle
A member of staff looks the vehicle up in the sources we are permitted to use, records which checks were possible, and writes the report. Nothing is auto-generated and nothing is invented.
3. We email you a private link
Your report is stored privately, not on a public web address. The link in your email works only for your order and expires. If it expires before you download it, ask us and we will send a new one.
If we cannot help
Sometimes a vehicle has no usable record, or the registration turns out to be wrong. We contact you, and refund you if we cannot deliver what you paid for.
