A package says which checks we will run. It does not promise that every check returns a record for your vehicle: where one cannot be completed, your report says so and explains why.
What is included in every package
Whatever you pay, the report is researched against the sources we are licensed to use, and records what each one could and could not tell us about your vehicle:

What is not included
We do not carry out checks we have no data source for. Where a record does not exist for your vehicle, the report records that plainly instead of implying the vehicle is clear. A larger package means more checks attempted, never a promise that more was found.
No package includes a physical inspection, a mechanical assessment, or anything about the vehicle’s present condition. Nobody from our team sees the vehicle.
Refunds
